We lived in Chicago, IL USA for a w...Hi, Nice blog. We lived in Chicago, IL USA for a while but the cold was too much for those with DM1. So we relocated to San Diego, CA about 10 years ago. Much better for the muscles, lungs, and general health. Not as much Gastrointestinal and upper respiratory problems. Still there but much easier to manage.
